When you drink water after a massage treatment is helps the removal of toxins which have been released during the massage treatment. Massage is excellent for increasing blood and lymph flow but it needs a little help flushing the unwanted waste from your body.
Not hydrating yourself properly increases the possibility of experiencing nausea, headaches, or flu-ish-like symptoms. Staying hydrated every day will improve your overall well-being but many of us forget when we get busy will daily life!
It’s not only advisable to drink water after a massage, but staying hydrated is important for your own health and wellbeing, it can help to reduce stress and pain and improve mental clarity.
